PhotoBoothFilter provides a free browser-based photo booth and editor. These terms describe the current Classic Booth service.
1. Using the booth
You can capture or choose photos, edit a strip, and download a PNG without creating an account. Use the service lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, bypass security, or interfere with other visitors.
Only use photos you have the right to edit and share. Get appropriate permission from the people whose images you use. Do not use the service to harass, impersonate, exploit, or infringe another person’s rights.
2. Your photos and creations
You retain your rights in your original photos and text. PhotoBoothFilter does not claim ownership of your photos or require a brand watermark on your finished strips. Your use of other people’s material remains subject to their rights.
The sample photos provided for demonstration are licensed stock photography. Their use is subject to the Pexels License, including restrictions on implied endorsement and unaltered resale. Sample photos are not customer testimonials.
3. Local storage and file safety
Save a downloaded copy of anything you want to keep. Local drafts are a convenience, not a backup service. Browser settings, private browsing, storage limits, device loss, or clearing site data can remove them. See the Privacy Policy for the draft expiry and clearing behavior.
4. Availability and output
Camera, download, storage, and sharing capabilities depend on your browser and device. We aim to provide useful error messages and an upload alternative, but cannot promise that every browser, image format, or very large file will work.
Export pixel dimensions describe a digital image. They do not guarantee a particular physical print size, print quality, color match, or a printer’s acceptance of the file.
5. No AI purchases in this version
Classic Booth is free. AI Photo Booth is marked Coming Soon and does not currently accept uploads, generate images, sell credits, or create subscriptions. Any future paid offering will state its price and applicable terms before purchase.
6. Changes to the service
Features and these terms may change as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Nothing on this page is intended to remove rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
