YOUR PHOTOS, YOUR BUSINESS
Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 6, 2026 · Classic Booth V1
Your Classic Booth photos are processed on your device. You do not need an account, and we do not send your original photos or finished strips to our servers or analytics.
1. Photos and camera access
The camera is requested only when you choose to start the booth or retake a photo. You decide whether to allow access. Audio is not recorded. You can upload photos instead.
Capturing, cropping, applying filters, adding decorations, and rendering a download happen in your browser. Leaving camera mode releases the camera. Browser and operating-system permission settings remain under your control.
2. A local draft, not a cloud backup
When available, browser storage (IndexedDB) saves your most recent strip, its photo files, edit settings, and creation and last-edit timestamps. The draft stays in this browser on this device; it does not sync to another browser or device.
A draft expires seven days after your last edit. Opening it without editing does not extend that period. Expired data is removed when the app next runs its storage check. A closed website cannot promise deletion at an exact time.
You can clear your saved draft from the editor. Clearing your browser’s site data also removes local information. Private browsing, storage limits, or browser cleanup may erase a draft sooner. If storage fails, you can still edit and download in the current session, but we cannot promise recovery.
3. Downloads and sharing
Downloads are created locally. Your browser or operating system handles where the file is saved. If you choose the Share action, your browser may pass the file to the app or destination you select. We do not publish your photos automatically.
Share this booth and Copy website link include only a public link to the website. They do not include your photos or saved draft.
4. Optional analytics
When Google Analytics is configured, it loads only after you choose to allow optional analytics. You can decline and use every Classic Booth feature. Your choice is stored locally, and you can change it below.
We measure actions such as opening the booth, completing photo input, restoring a draft, preparing a download, and initiating a share. Event information is restricted to coarse, non-sensitive details such as the source mode, page, layout, photo count, and error category. We do not send your photos, filenames, captions, dates you enter, or sticker positions.
Optional measurement also covers the chosen download format, whether you copied or shared the website link, and a fixed answer about whether saving worked. Known public referral labels, such as a friend or Pinterest, can identify how you found us. We keep that label in page memory and send it only after consent; arbitrary link parameters and personal text are excluded. Feedback email links open your own email app, where you choose what to write and send.
If you allow Google Analytics, Google receives technical connection information and usage events, and may use analytics cookies. The site does not enable advertising personalization. See Google’s Privacy Policy for its processing practices. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics; it does not erase information previously received by Google.
5. Basic website delivery
Loading a website necessarily sends a request to its hosting provider. That request includes technical information such as an IP address, browser details, requested URL, and time. This is separate from your photo editing; photo files are not included in those requests.
Fonts and sample photos are served with the website. The sample portraits are licensed stock photographs, not customer submissions or proof that the people shown use or endorse PhotoBoothFilter.
6. AI Photo Booth
AI Photo Booth is not available in this version. There are no AI photo uploads, model calls, purchases, or cloud photo storage. Before an AI service opens, its upload, provider, retention, and deletion practices will be explained separately.
7. Changes
This page will be updated when the product’s data practices change. The date above identifies the current version. You can review it before deciding whether to use a new feature.
